"Gordon B. Hinckley's funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the LDS Conference Center , 60 W. North Temple, Salt Lake City. Overflow seating will be available in the Tabernacle and the Assembly Hall on Temple Square and in the Conference Center Theater. The event will be broadcast live on KUTV and KSL TV and radio as well as KBYU TV. The church's satellite system also will transmit the service in 69 languages to Mormon faithful around the globe. The viewing: Public viewing of Hinckley's body will be Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the LDS Church Administration Building, 47 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City. A tent on the west side of the building will provide shelter for people waiting to go indoors. "

New Callings

Lauren and I finished up our calling up at the University Care Center Branch about a month ago and are officially members of the Oquirrh 2nd Ward again. The branch has been such a great calling, visiting patients and taking them the sacrament (and having 30 minute sacrament meetings). We've been wondering what is in store for us now. After much worrying that we'd be called to the Nursery again, we are finally able to relax (a little). Nursery would have been fine, but after a year there, we were hoping for something a little different. We got it.

We have been called to teach the 12/13 year old Sunday School class.
